I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, near malls and the border, but the room was not as cold as I would have liked, possibly due to the absence of a window in room 302. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, even planning a special birthday celebration for my significant other, but there were some instances of inexperienced new staff during check-in. The dining options could certainly use some improvement in taste and variety, although the buffet did offer a decent selection. The facilities were satisfactory, but the high price could have been better justified.
